I would like to change my order afterwardsUpdated 8 days ago

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to change your order afterwards, as we process and hand it over to the shipping provider within 5 minutes through an automated system.

This is the only way we can guarantee our delivery time of just 1–2 business days.

If you accidentally ordered the wrong product, the easiest solution is to refuse delivery.
You can do this directly through the tracking link or simply inform the delivery driver.

If the package has already been delivered, please contact our customer service (via chat) — our cancellation policy applies. You can then simply reorder the correct product in our shop.

As soon as we receive and process your return, we’ll refund your payment.
