If your address has changed, please let us know before placing your order – for example via our chat function. Once we've updated it in our system, you'll receive a confirmation from our customer service team.
You can also update your address at any time under "My Account." However, once an order has been placed, we unfortunately can’t change the delivery address, as the order is automatically packed and handed over to the shipping provider within 5 minutes. This is how we’re able to guarantee our 1–2 business day delivery times.
After placing your order and shortly before dispatch, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. There, you’ll usually have the option to select a preferred delivery location (e.g. a parcel shop) or refuse delivery.
