Please first check the shipping status using the tracking link we sent you. Alternatively, you can use this link.

There you can see whether the package is still in transit, ready for pickup at a parcel shop or Packstation, delivered to a neighbor, or on its way back to our shipping center (if delivery was unsuccessful according to DHL).

If that's the case, feel free to send us a message with your correct address for verification and let us know whether you’d like us to resend the package. As soon as the parcel arrives back at our warehouse and is processed, we’ll arrange for it to be shipped again and inform you via email.
